4. Account and Usage Responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and do not abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Maintain reasonable security of your device and account access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Yuta may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple via your App Store account and Apple billing terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Yuta branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yuta is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.
